Shipping + Returns

Client satisfaction is important at LIBIKI. We stand behind our beauty products, and we want to make sure you are always satisfied. If not, our team will make your return process easy and seamless. All you have to do is return the items within 30 days of your purchase. Only products purchased on may be returned for a full refund in that 30 day period.

-Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment.

-Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date we receive your items.

-We will then credit the card originally used to make your purchase.

-We do not offer free returns (customer will be responsible for return charges.)

The following items cannot be returned:

*Product Samples

*Opened products

Individual products that were originally purchased as part of a set

For your protection, and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via Parcel Post. Please note that return shipping fees are nonrefundable and are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Items
When your order arrives, please inspect  for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the items in your shipment, please contact our Client Service at , and will be happy to assist you.

Canceling An Order

You may cancel an order before it ships from our facility if it has not been packed or staged for shipping.

Shipping Lead Time

All orders have at least 1-2 business day lead time upon receipt of order.
